Privacy

Last updated October 2026. This page covers madebyspout.com and the websites Spout builds for shops.

What we collect

When you ask for a free preview, we collect your shop name, your name, your phone number, your type of shop and, if you give it, a link to your Instagram or website.

On a shop's website that Spout runs, clients who book give their name, phone number and, if they choose, an email.

How we use it

Preview requests: only to contact you about your preview.
Bookings: only to run the shop's bookings and reminders. Only that shop and Spout can see them.

We never sell your information or share it with anyone else for marketing.

Preview requests are delivered to us by email through a form service (Web3Forms).

Texts

If a shop uses automatic text reminders, the texts are only about appointments and reviews. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Deleting your info

Want your information removed? Email team@madebyspout.com or text (763) 923-1791 and we'll delete it.
